EasyBases have aluminium frame which cane be used alone where the building has a floor or to support concrete filled steel tiles where a floor surface is required. The aluminium frame is made up of profile from our sister company Click Systems and our specialised profile company Geneero.
The steel encased concrete tiles have their origin in the raised computer floors of the recent past and can carry adequate loads with a firm underfoot feeling.
In total there are nine unique profiles used in the design. Some date back to their use in the construction of the shell exhibition booths used in the original Halls of the NEC in Birmingham in the late 1970’s The materials are well tested and trusted. In the main the profiles are connected via expanding joints by means of an allen key.
